Module House architectural office develops individual projects of houses of any configuration according to personal requirements from clients.

We offer development of master layout plan and site arrangement, engineering networks and communications. Taking into account the needs of the client, individual planning of house, landscape and any additional options are developed.

During the design process we develop 3D models of architectural solutions and interiors of the house. The work is being carried out under the direction of the chief architect of Module House, Yuriy Motienko.

We have manufactured and installed more than 20 commercial outlets for: KAN Development, Cityconsult Development, UDP, LEV Development, UkrBud, Imperial Tobacco, AgroOven, UPG, SAGA, DIM and others.
