PRODUCTION

• Our modules are made in production facility with controlled humidity and temperature.

• At production we assemble the framework, mount roof, windows, doors, carry out laying of electric wiring, water pipes, the sewerage.

• We perform all work on external and internal equipment, install plumbing, built-in furniture and appliances, etc.

• The term of production of the house in the shop is 4 months, subject to no significant modifications in project.

DELIVERY, INSTALLATION

• The house modules are delivered to the site completely ready, the installation of the house is carried out within 2-5 days.

• The modules are installed on the foundation and interconnected, the house is being connected to water supply, sewerage, electricity.

• Followed by minimal finishing work inside and outside the building, final cleaning and the house is ready.

LAND PLOT, FOUNDATION

• Before installing the house, it is necessary to provide foundation, water supply, sewerage and electricity on the site.

• Technical specifications for site preparation are prepared by our specialists on the basis of geological researches, topographic survey and wishes of the customer.

• The connection points of external communications are determined by the design of the house.

• The house can be installed on any foundation, including tape concrete, on concrete piles, pile-screw, monolithic, etc.

• The geometry and characteristics of the foundation are determined by the design of the house, as well as the features of geology and terrain.

• Module House uses pile-screw foundations.

CONSTRUCTION

• The walls, floor, ceiling of the house is formed by energy-efficient sandwich panels.

• The panels are formed from environmentally friendly OSB panels Egger (Austria) and insulation - Neopor BASF (Germany).

• Panels are connected by means of a of the first-grade constructive glulam.

• Glulam and sandwich panels provide a strong self-supporting frame, resistant to deformation.

• The strength of this frame allows to transport modules with installed windows, interior and exterior equipment, built-in furniture and engineering.

• The thickness of the panel is 200 mm, including the OSB board - 2x10 mm, the thickness of the insulation - 180 mm.

• Neopor BASF is a foamed polymer granulate of silver-gray color, the insulation contains graphite, which increases the thermal insulation, antiseptic and sound insulation properties of the material.
