Module House has developed and implemented a unique technology for assembling modular structures.
This is an innovative solution that has no analogues in Ukraine and in the world. Manufacturing, delivery, installation and connection of the house takes 4 months.
Transportation of a fully finished house is carried out without compromising the construction of the house, decoration elements and engineering communications.
Module House has been operating in the Ukrainian market since 2016. During this time, the company has produced and installed more than 60 modular facilities for various purposes, ranging from 15 sqm. to 400 sqm. The total area of commissioned facilities is about 7000 sqm. The largest structure is about 1000 sqm. The total production area is 5900 sqm., which allows us to produce 50 modules (an average of 12 projects) simultaneously.
PRODUCTION QUALITY CONTROL. DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION TECHNOLOGY
Our modules are made in production facility with use of assembly line technology, excluding influence of any external factors. The production process takes place with step-by-step quality control. The modules are transported ready-made without compromising design, decoration and communications. Installation takes no more than 2-5 days.
